Join us for the 32nd annual NAYE conference, “Creating Connections…Building Bridges”, November 7th, 8th and 9th, 2018. The Hyatt Regency, Newport Beach, California, located on the sunny California Coast, was chosen because of its lovely grounds and location, excellent conference facilities, and very reasonable cost.

Membership, conference registration and room reservations will begin June 1st, 2018. Conference rooms rates are $169 and that rate is available three days prior and three days after conference dates. Membership and conference fees must be paid before securing room reservations. You may pay membership, conference registration and link to the Hyatt Regency NAYE group rate online (below) OR download membership and conference registration pages, fill out, mail the forms and check to the address provided. (mailing a check saves NAYE PayPal fees) If you are downloading forms and mailing your membership and registration you will still need to reserve your room at the Hyatt Regency online.
Please note new dates for “Early Bird” and later conference registration:
- $400 “Early Bird” conference fee until AUGUST 1, 2018
- $450 AUGUST 2ND through OCTOBER 1ST, 2018
- $500 OCTOBER 2ND through OCTOBER 31ST, 2018
Because of the YWCA USA Board and GEO meetings on the 5th and 6th at the Hyatt Regency, we expect rooms to fill quickly.
|Wednesday, Nov. 7:||NAYE attendees sign in and packet pickup will be from 3 pm until 6 pm. You will join the YWCA USA Board and GEO meeting attendees for a 7pm joint reception on Wednesday evening.|
|Thursday, Nov. 8:||You may attend the YWCA USA Board meeting at 8:30 am. NAYE sessions will begin at 11 am with lunch provided and go until 3 pm. Thursday evening a very special dinner event is planned for all NAYE attendees! (More details soon!)|
|Friday, Nov. 9:||We will begin with breakfast at 7:00 am and sessions all day from 8:00 am until 4 pm. A plated lunch will be provided at noon, and a closing reception with prizes will begin at 4:30 pm.
Times from each airport to the hotel are approximate, depending on time of day and traffic conditions
Orange County/John Wayne Airport (SNA) is the closest airport to the hotel, at 7 miles, approx. 15 minutes
Los Angeles International (LAX) is 47 miles, approx. 1 hour, 5 minutes
Ontario Airport (ONT) is 52 miles, approx. 1 hour, 24 minutes
Long Beach Airport (LGB) is 24 miles, approx. 34 minutes
San Diego Airport (SAN) is 90 miles, approx. 1 hour, 36 minutes
