To provide a forum for discussion and exchange of information among YWCA Executives.
To promote high standards of personal, professional and organizational excellence.
To provide leadership and to serve as a representative voice of YWCA Executives on matters of national concern.

Membership includes access to products such as the national YWCA Executive Salary Survey and other new initiatives, access to the “For Members” part of the NAYE website (NAYE.org), and participation in the annual conference. Please note: Those renewing or joining this year will also have access to the the national YWCA Executive Directory as a benefit of membership.

NAYE is the source for what is happening throughout the YWCA from the executive perspective. YWCA executives join because it makes building relationships with each other easy and provides an organized national network for sharing initiative, program, and resource development strategies.
